Description

It is no secret that with the baby boomer generation leaving the workforce the electrical contractors face changes like they have never before seen.  Questions like, “What will we do?” “Who will fill the void?” and “What will happen to our industry?” are all very common questions. The missing pieces between the exiting electrician and the next generation electrician and what smart contractors are doing to develop the next journeyman electrician will be discussed.
