Description
Time is money and construction projects rarely finish on time. It is not a matter of whether you will be impacted on a project, it is only a matter of when, and the potential loss on a project has little to do with the overall size. Using case studies, this program will address how and when to give proper notice, what documents not to sign, and what you need to do during the project to reach closeout on a level footing.
