An industry veteran, Gerald has practiced construction contract law since 1975 and his clients include many electrical subcontractors and other speciality contractors, as well as prime contractors, owners (private and public), suppliers, sureties, and architects throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. He serves as an arbitrator under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and a major part of his practice has always been reviewing, interpreting and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts.
