Description
The primary role of those managing a construction project is to minimize project risk but, unfortunately, many of today’s current practices actually increase project risk. This program exposes those counter productive actions and offers strategies that will minimize project risk. Specific strategies to minimize risk, including the use of a risk assessment plan and collaboration between team members will be detailed.

Ted has more than twenty-five years management experience constructing more than three million square feet of commercial building. He currently serves the construction industry as a consultant and speaker and is the author of Strategic Planning for Contractors, as well a the co-author of several other publications.
