A majority of contractors believe that they can improve field productivity through better management, yet many are frustrated by the lack of measurable progress. This program discusses how to identify waste in the field and explains the practical use and benefit of proven quality management techniques, providing participants with several simple tools to allow them to act on the small opportunities all around that will result in dramatic productivity, quality, and safety improvements.
