Bob has over 25 years of institutional investment management and business development experience including the development of the $4 billion AFL-CIO Equity Index Fund, serving as the Chief Investment Officer of AEGIS Insurance, managing $12 billion of real estate and other assets as a MetLife Portfolio Manager, and overseeing $75 billion of real estate and other assets as Risk Manager for Delaware Investments. Bob’s background has been key in identifying investors and funding strategies for NECA E-CAP deals and he led the E-CAP Team through the rigorous NECA and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency Buildings Hub vetting process.
