Ken is the director of business development for the Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter NECA. He graduated from NECA/IBEW Local 380 Apprenticeship Program in 1989 abd joined NECA in 2009 where he develops programs to help NECA Contractors adapt to the changing electrical market. Ken sits Penn State University advisory committees for the Development of Advanced Solar Curriculum, Workforce Training and Development in Smart Grids and Smart Meter, and the Consortium for Building Energy Innovation at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.  During his tenure as Business Manager of IBEW Local 380, Ken received national recognition for the innovative business practices he brought to the organized electrical contracting industry, including the NECA/IBEW Code of Excellence Program, Safety Recognition Programs and pro-active industry training for contractors and clients.
