Description
New regulations from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) create an additional burden, and additional room for penalties, on contractors performing work under federal contracts. These rules govern hiring practices related to individuals with disabilities and veterans, including the establishment of “workforce utilization goals.” This session will discuss the differing requirements under each rule and how NECA contractors can maintain compliance in this new and changing landscape.
